General Policy

Thank you for subscribing to EzIBPS. We are committed to providing our users with a high-quality experience. As our services are digital and provide immediate access to our premium content, we have a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds

All payments made for any of our subscription plans are final and non-refundable. Once a plan is purchased and the premium access is activated, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. We encourage users to try our free mock tests to evaluate the service before purchasing a premium subscription.

Cancellation

You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. However, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the fees for the current subscription period. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment or a payment error, please contact our support team at ezibps@gmail.com with your payment transaction details. We will review the case and may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
