EzMocks provides a fully digital service in the form of online mock tests and educational content. As such, there are no physical goods that are shipped to our customers. All our products and services are accessible through your user account on our website.
2. Service Delivery
The "delivery" of our service refers to the activation of your premium subscription, which grants you access to our premium mock tests and features. This process is initiated after we have successfully received and verified your payment.
3. Activation Timeline
Our premium plan activation is a manual process to ensure security and accuracy. Upon receiving your payment and the required verification details via email, our team will activate your premium account. We are committed to the following timeline:
- Standard Activation Time: Your account will typically be upgraded to premium status within 2-4 business hours after we receive your email with the transaction details.
- Maximum Activation Time: In some cases, such as during peak hours or holidays, activation may take up to 24 hours.
4. Your Responsibility
To ensure a smooth and timely activation of your premium plan, you must send an email to ezibps@gmail.com containing:
- The email address you used to register on EzMocks.
- The Transaction ID of your payment.
- Your contact number.
Failure to provide this information will result in a delay in the activation of your service.
5. Confirmation of Activation
Once your account is upgraded, you will be able to access all premium tests from your dashboard. The "Upgrade" prompts will disappear, and your plan status in the dashboard header will change to "Premium". We typically do not send a separate confirmation email unless there is an issue.
