In no event shall EzMocks, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
